The rotary gear selector is now illuminated in a blue backlight and finally includes a Park mode for the car. There is also an electronic parking brake and an auto-hold function.

A significant change is the addition of two selectable regen modes. The Sport and Eco drive modes get new switches beside the rotary gear controller on the Nexon EV Max. The Tata Nexon EV also misses out on ventilated seats, wireless charging, an auto inner mirror, cruise control, and an air purifier available on the Nexon EV Max.

Features on both cars are an electric sunroof, automatic climate control, a height-adjustable driver seat, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a flat-bottom steering wheel, and a cooled glovebox.
