Dell launch new XPS, Alienware, Inspiron AI-powered laptops; Check prices and details here

Dell Technologies has introduced its latest lineup of AI-powered consumer PCs in India, unveiling the eagerly awaited XPS 14 & 16, Alienware m16 R2, and Inspiron 14 Plus models.

These devices incorporate the latest Intel Core Ultra processors integrated with artificial intelligence (AI), promising heightened performance and efficiency tailored to diverse user segments ranging from professionals to gamers and students.

Raj Kumar Rishi, Vice President and Managing Director of Consumer and Small Business at Dell Technologies, India, expressed his excitement about the launch and emphasized the company’s pivotal role at the intersection of AI and personal computing.

We’re focused on being the leading consumer PC provider for the AI era with new AI-enabled lineups that are more intuitive, efficient, and adaptable for everyone. Dell has revamped the Alienware m16 R2 after extensively reviewing feedback from their customers. As a result, this time around, they prioritize performance and portability while retaining Alienware’s signature appeal.

Notable upgrades include a redesigned cryo-tech thermal solution to enhance travel friendliness and the introduction of a Stealth Mode hotkey to cater to diverse user preferences. Meanwhile, the Inspiron 14 Plus, completing the new consumer portfolio, offers AI-driven enhancements such as AI-enabled auto framing and visual upgrades, positioning it as a compact yet powerful creative tool.

The XPS series leads the charge with its futuristic design and AI integration, promising unparalleled performance across various domains. The XPS 16 stands out with its superior performance, driven by Intel Core Ultra 9 processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 graphics, offering up to 45 percent more performance than its predecessor. Meanwhile, the XPS 14 caters to creatives with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 GPU and up to 47W of sustained performance for seamless content creation via AI-enabled apps.

Both XPS devices boast AI capabilities that redefine user-device interactions. One such capability is Copilot in Windows 11, which offers a personal AI assistant for everyday tasks. Moreover, features like the Copilot key streamline workflow, enhancing productivity.

In addition to impressive AI capabilities, the XPS 16 and 14 offer various features to elevate the user experience. These include an OLED InfinityEdge display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, and Eyesafe technology for reduced blue light exposure. For safety, precision craftsmanship is evident with CNC-machined aluminum and Gorilla Glass 3. Furthermore, the devices boast EPEAT Gold registration and EPEAT Climate+ Designation for environmental sustainability, featuring a sustainable design with construction using recycled aluminum and low-emission materials.

On the audio front, users can expect an enhanced audio experience with Dolby Atmos and Waves MaxxAudio.

The Alienware m16 R2 emerges as a versatile gaming powerhouse. It is equipped with Intel Core Ultra H Series processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series graphics for immersive gaming experiences without sacrificing portability. Notable upgrades include a redesigned thermal solution and the introduction of Stealth Mode for noise reduction and discreet operation in various settings.

Rounding up the lineup, the Inspiron 14 Plus offers AI-driven enhancements, featuring Intel Core Ultra Processors and Intel Arc graphics for uncompromised performance. With a vibrant display incorporating Dolby Vision HDR and AI-enabled auto framing, the Inspiron 14 Plus delivers unmatched clarity and convenience across tasks.

The XPS 16 starts at INR 2,99,990, the XPS 14 at INR 1,99,990, the Alienware m16 R2 at INR 1,49,999, and the Inspiron 14 Plus at Rs 1,05,999. These devices will be available for purchase starting April 25, 2024, through various retail channels, including Dell.com, DES, and large-format retail stores.
