Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is now offering about 3.21 GB of data for daily usage along with its Rs 399 prepaid recharge. This means that it’s offering 2.21 GB more than the regular 1 GB daily data benefits.
The Rs 399 BSNL recharge pack was introduced in August 2018 with benefits such as 1 GB data, unlimited voice calls and free Personalised Ring Back Tone (PRBT) for 74 days.
Now the revised recharge plan gives an additional 2.21 GB of data with a validity of 74 days, thus providing a total of 237.54 GB of data to the consumers.
Once the 3.21 GB limit has been exceeded, the official BSNL listings show that the data speed will reduce to 80 Kbps.
Along with the additional data, the pack also comes with unlimited voice calling and unlike other special tariff vouchers, the Rs 399 BSNL prepaid plan will offer free voice-calling even in Delhi and Mumbai.
The offer also packs in 100 SMS per day and BSNL tunes and is valid until 31 January.
This pack might compete with rivals such as the Reliance Jio whose current Rs 399 offers 1.5 GB data per day for 84 days.
