The two versions of AirPods 4 are now available for pre-order. The standard model, priced at ₹12,900, features a revamped design and Type-C charging, offering a more comfortable fit for users. The higher version, which includes Active Noise Cancellation, is priced at ₹17,900. Both models will be available from 20 September in India and over 58 other countries.
The AirPods Pro 2, now priced at ₹24,900, also received an update. New hearing health features will be rolled out for AirPods Pro 2 users via a software update later this year in conjunction with iOS 18 and iPadOS 18. This update will be available in over 100 countries.

These over-ear headphones will now be available in new colors, including Midnight, Blue, Purple, Orange, and Starlight. A USB-C port has also been added for charging, bringing them in line with the other updated AirPods models.
The AirPods Max offers active noise cancellation, spatial audio support with iOS 18, and a transparency mode allowing outside sounds to filter through. Battery life has been extended to 20 hours, with fast charging providing up to 1.5 hours of playback from just a 5-minute charge. Bluetooth 5.0 is supported, and users can connect the headphones via a wired connection using a Lightning to 3.5mm audio cable. The AirPods Max are designed to seamlessly integrate with Apple’s ecosystem, offering an enhanced listening experience for users.
