After the Reliance Jio announcement, telecom operators are bumping up their offerings in what appears to be a move to retain customers. Now Aircel has introduced a new plan that offers free voice calling and data services for 90 days all at a low recharge price of Rs 148.
The new plan has been specifically launched for Aircel customers in Delhi. It offers customers in Delhi free Aircel to Aircel calls which would include local and STD for up to 90 days.
Want to connect to another network? Aircel will offer 15,000 seconds per month for three whole months to help you stay connected with friends on other networks. Additionally, you also get unlimited 2G data for one month.
All customers will have to do is recharge at Rs 149 and the rest just falls into place.
“Customers will enjoy free Aircel to Aircel (Local and STD) and also Free Aircel to others (local and STD with a free usage of 15,000 seconds (250 minutes) per month for three months for 90 days with the First Recharge of Rs 148,” Aircel said in a statement.
“More and more Indians are using mobile for calling (Voice) as well as surfing/sharing online (Internet/data). Aircel recognises the trend of customers becoming a multi-service user hence it becomes imperative to introduce fully loaded combo packs which is a solution to their evolving communication needs,” added Sharma.
Reliance Jio recently announced its Happy New Year Offer that delivers free voice and data to new and existing customers till 31 March. The new offer starts from 31 December and existing users who are on the Welcome Offer will get automatically upgraded.
